The following text provides details of the terms and conditions governing the programme. Sandicliffe (the Company) operates the Sandicliffe Plus Loyalty Card. Programme (the Programme) to enable registered customers to receive further benefits and rewards during their relationship with the Company. The programme is provided to Sandicliffe by Loyalty Logistix Ltd and the invitation is at the discretion of the Company. Customers accepting the invitation will receive a microchip based smartcard within approximately 14 days of receipt of joining the scheme. In accepting the invitation, the customer accepts the Terms and Conditions described here. All participants in the Sandicliffe Plus Loyalty Card Programme must be resident in the UK and aged 17 years or over and any Participant must advise the Company of any change in details. The Company will determine which transactions qualify for the programme and the values that apply. These may be altered at any time whereby a list of incentives and discounts available from the Company are detailed in this leaflet. These may be varied at any time at the discretion of the Company and changes will be shown via the company's web site (www.sandicliffe.co.uk/plus).

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Programme at any time and to withdraw the offer of any benefits. The Company reserves the right to exclude anyone without reason from the Programme. The Participant should present the Sandicliffe Plus Loyalty Card at any Sandicliffe location in order to take advantage of any benefits or rewards allocated. Such offers in the programme will expire after 2 years of the last transaction carried out with Sandicliffe unless extended at the discretion of the Company. Programme benefits or rewards including any credit is not transferable unless approved on a case by case basis by the Company. To obtain discounts, the Sandicliffe Plus Loyalty Card must be presented when transacting with any participating department. Any Referral Scheme reward will only be activated following the purchase of a Retail Vehicle and providing previous negotiations had not been entered in to. ^^For all other terms and conditions please refer to the website log-in page. *Own insurance required or a Collision Damage Waiver fee may apply. **Vosa MOT inspection fee only applies when a MOT pass certificate is issued. All offers correct at time of going to press. All calls from land lines are charged at local rates and may be recorded for training purposes.
